You are what you eat. These are some of the vegetables commonly found in the markets in Cambodia.
Immediately one wants to know what they are and what you cook with them.
Foreground, from left: bok choi, carrots, white and local button mushrooms. In the background are lemongrass and a local herb. All these along with beef, ginger, etc., went to a big pot. After boiling and toiling for a few hours, we had a nice beef soup 😀
