One of the hundreds of shops/stalls found at Psah Thmey (Central Market).

One of the hundreds of shops/stalls found at Psah Thmey (Central Market).

My husband and I love going to local markets. It’s the best place to find all kinds of goods, such as you see in the above photo. Tell me what can you see?

Psah Thmey, like all the other markers in the country, have a wonderful, chaotic character in them that a first-time visitor are easily overwhelmed. Market scenes like this assault your senses — all things bright and colourful, the lively sounds, and the smell, oh, the glorious smell of a market!

Old church built by the French at Bokor Hill Station

An old abandoned Catholic found in Bokor hill station.

One of the exciting things we did during the Khmer New Year holiday was go on a road trip to Kampot, to the popular Bokor Hill station. There we saw this old church that stands by the road, the image is eerie and haunting. More about this church in the following posts.
