This is another photo of an apsara. Long time ago, I watched a production of the Cambodian version of Ramayana. It was unbelievable!

Apsaras are beautiful, supernatural (females) beings that are superb in dancing. Images of apsaras are found prominently carved on ancient Angkorian temples, particularly the Angkor Wat.

This carving in one of the pillars at Bayon Temple is just one of the hundreds of thousands of Apsara carvings at the Angkor Wat Archaeological Park in Siem Reap. The carvings are now worn out but, as you can see, the beautifula details are still there.
