   a residential building? i live in a yellow building–i even requested by landlord to paint my walls in pale yellow before moving in.:p

   Hi Luna. I don't think it's a residential building. It's a private school building, if I am not mistaken. To the left that's covered with green net is Phnom Penh's second flyover, still under construction.
