Something was lost in the translation, but not enough to make it difficult to order. I'd be able to get a great breakfast there. And your menu makes me hungry. (We English speakers are pretty lucky that other countries go out of their way to speak our language, where we should probably try to learn theirs.)
I like those sreambled eggs and that toast is sometimes taost. :))
