Independence Day Parade, November 9, 2008. Cheyor, Cambodia!
Cambodia in celebration of its 55th anniversary of Independence from France.
I do not know which government ministry was this contingent from but judging from the hard-hats worn, they might be from the Ministry of Public Works and Transport.

I had to laugh at this photo, though it's a lovely tribute to Independence day, I love all of those yellow hard hats! it's a delightful photo. looking at their faces and expressions none looks very happy for marching in the parade though. maybe they were too warm in those hats? thanks for putting a smile on my face.
Gorgeous!Yellow Lily, have a great week ahead!
They look stern in those lovely yellow hats. Must be hard on the head or walking under the scorching heat of the sun. My entries are up and running here:TRIP FOR TWOLOVE ME OR HATE MEONE OF MY BEST BUYS IN SINGAPORETHE RED TUBE STORYSee yah!
