One of my favourites! Chicken deliciously cooked in creamy coconut milk with various herbs and spices. Mildly hot and spicy. Chicken curry – whether red, green or yellow – is an everyday fare for most Cambodians and Thais. For us, foreigners, it is a special dish serve on special occasions.
You know the Fil version of chicken curry is one of the very few dishes that I can make. This post just reminded me how long it has been since I last tasted the dish. I should cook it again soon.
